Quick Treat

It's hard to believe that these 4 ingredients. . .

can make these yummy treats!

yes, there is one missing but isn't it the mother's job to taste test-- just in case??

Want this great recipe? It's so easy and now it's one of my kids favorites. (I am back on Weight Watchers after a super long ((and enjoyable)) 9 month vacation so I used Splenda in place of sugar.) I am not a PB fan, but these are quite tasty and for those of you who are, I'm sure you're just love them!

Ani's PB Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Mix together and roll into balls and then criss cross with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. Enjoy!

i am gonna try that today!!! i love to cook, and eat and there is nothing better than p.b. and chocolate! your kid are so stinking adorable! and i LOVE the blessing outfit, and spa day!!!!
