The best news...
Addison is officially potty trained! I can't tell you what huge news this is for me!! Since March of 2004, I have had at least 2 children in diapers- and 3 for quite awhile. Now that I have just one in diapers- it feels so wonderful!
Plus- her little bum is so cute in jeans, without that big diaper in the way. What's even better, is she has done this pretty much all on her own. She will have nothing to do with me telling her when to go- she wants to do it all on her own. She is quite the independent little one.
Addie is almost 3 and I can't believe how quickly she is growing up. She really is changing right before our eyes. I do admit that she has been hard the last few months (ok, really hard)- but we still love our little 2 year old. One thing I have learned, is not to stress about it, I know it's just a stage and it will pass. Way to go, Addie- we love you!

Congrats! I am trying slowly with Elise but nothing yet. I'm glad you only have one in diapers. What a great feeling for you and for your wallet. :)
How cute! That is sooo exciting! I can't imagine how hard it was when you had three in diapers! Yea for Addie!

YEAH! We are there too with Ella and it is wonderful! My 1st to be potty trained, so I never knew the struggles parents go through.
Ella just asked about Addison the other day, she misses her old friends, she asked about Olga too! :) ha ha ha...
We miss you guys adn will need to get together soon. We have just been working on the house every spare moment we have had, but soon we will have everyone over.
Tell me your secrets, sophie my 2 1.2 year old doesn't want to bother with it. Way to go.
Yeah!!! That is such a great accomplishment! Your Addie is just too darling! We keep encouraging our little 2 year old Aaron...and he doesn't want anything to do with it. Soon enough I guess. Thanks for your great posts...you are inspiring! We would love to get together sometime for a playdate! Hope all is well!
Woo Hoo!! congratulations! I have never had 3 in diapers...but I have not stopped changing diapers since Sept. 2001. I have had 2 in diapers on 3 different occasions...within the next year I should be done altogether and that seems like a HUGE feat!! Isn't it nice when they do it all on their own...good job there mommy!

I remember when I had 2 little ones in diapers. It was really tiring, but back then we didn't have disposable diapers. (At least I had a dryer and didn't have to hang them on the line like my mother did in the REALLY olden days!)
